{Answered} How do I COMPLETELY uninstall addons?

I can't completely uninstall some addons. After selecting "uninstall" on some addons, they reappear offline. I find this annoying. I think I read how to fix this once, but I don't remember what to do. Can someone help me out? :(

When you click "unistall" im pretty sure that just means not to use it, not actually uninstalling it.

Well, I tried looking up how to actually uninstall stuff so it won't reappear offline, but all i found was "click 'uninstall' in your addons list".

No unsubscribe from the addon and it wont appear and ya when i usually try to uninstall something on Gmod its still there but when i unsub from the addon its gone.

@FalloutModd, I did unsubscribe already. addons still reappear.
When I have internet, It's not there, but when I don't have internet, it's there. And it annoys the crap out of me. And I REALLY hope I'm not being derpy....again.

Unsubscribe the addons, then delete it from the addons folder.
