How to completely reset gmod to its original state?

i have had gmod for a while and have installed a fair share of addons. but after a while, they cluttered up my gmod and have corrupted the files of the game. how can i reset gmod back to its original state? i have tried deleting the local content and reinstalling the game but all my files come back.

You can try this web: http://pp.siedziba.pl/tmp/steam-workshop-unsubscribe-all.html

Save it as favorite/bookmark, and then go to steam (web one) > community > workshop > garry's mod. Go to subscribed items, and click the the web that you just put it as bookmark/favorite. It should unsubscribe all addons at once, then delete all addons from the addons folder then reinstall gmod.

Or if you're confused with the web I've just given to you, you can just unsubscribe all addons manually. Just go to steam (application or web) > community > workshop (find gmod) > subscribed items > unsubscribe all addons. Then go to addons folder and delete all addons but not addons.txt and then reinstall gmod.

Im having same trouble.
Some of my addons replaced textures, deleted HUD for health, crosshair, weapon selection and blocked rest of my addons
