How do you swap ragdoll parts?

I always wanted to do a scene where two ragdolls have their heads swapped. I always seen this everywhere but, how do I do that?

There is a tool called Inflator.
It is used to make things small/big.
Basically just make the head of the main ragdoll small, and make the other body parts of the second ragdoll small (except what you want to swap). Use No-Collide on them, pose them, Weld them together, and it's ready to go :)
