i havent been able to update it with this message, ive tried clearing download cache, deleting appmanifest_4000, deleting appinfo, verifying integrity, and flushing configs and it hasnt done anything, i cant find anything else to do about it online

unsubscribing from everything, clearing cache, and resubscribing to everything also doesnt fix it

factory resetting gmod doesnt work ill try just directly uninstalling and reinstalling

this just happened when i tried to update it one day and just stuck btw

apparently the creator added some jumpscare to it then removed the entire mod from the mod or just corrupted it cause its showing 0 bytes

Yo, I've been getting this problem in Gmod for days now. Yo, what should I do? Yo, is there any way I can fix this error in Gmod? Just being curious.

For me, it was two addons that were failing to download. They were clearly indicated in red in my addons list in the game. After uninstalling these two addons I am no longer getting the content configuration unavailable message when Gmod tries to update.
