Windows defender deleted files of GMOD
I got some problems with Windows Defender today... there was two files detected as dangerous. The files are D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\hl2.exe and D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\downloading\4000\hl2.exe

Should I be worried now? I deleted all the addons just in case, but im still worried about what could it be

Garry's mod is safe, windoes defender alot of times falsley flags files,
