sooo, I just launched and noticed that I have a letterbox with "GMod 9.0 gmod.garry.tv" text in the right upper corner, what is that? Never noticed that before

if you have the terrible screen recorder overlay addon
go to Spawnmenu --> Utilities --> Recorder Options --> Settings and click the button that says "clear all - turn all off"
