TTT sound problems, please help

So I play TTT a LOT. Enough to have a eight day play time on one server. Anyway, I recently lost my gun noises. Almost all guns don't have any shooting noises or reloading noises. It's annoying, and I don't know what made it happen.
Friends I've asked and the internet haven't really helped with this issue either.
(Just to complicate things, I downloaded the CSS addon folder to get the stuff vital for TTT, but it hasn't buggered up until now)
So any help?

I have this same problem, I didn't download the CSS content though I actually own the game

My problem is, that only my own guns make no sounds. I hear everything else and i hear the weapon sounds from other players, too. Whats the Problem? I have css as well...

Yeah I can hear other guns, just not my own
