Random snow particles above my head?

I am playing Single Player right now and it randomly started snowing over my head. It is pretty odd. It isn't the first time it has done it either. I don't think it is any of my addons. Help please?

Check your post processing settings for anything involving snow, maybe you left something on?

if you have the atmos weather addon get rid of it and the snow will go away

Finally found the fix now I can go back to shooting npcs for absolutely no reason in peace
