Do I need CS:Source to play TTT or can I just get CSGO?

I already have Garry's Mod and was looking to try out TTT, but it says I need CS:S. After looking on the page Source is quite cheap and so is the Complete Pack.

Can I just pick up CSGO or do I actually need the title labeled Source?

Source. Do NOT download the textures or the game from the internet for free. Max, a mod, said it WILL lead to an permanent steam forum ban.

CS:GO is worth getting ONLY to play. It gives textures to the gm_vertigo map from the workshop, and plus the maps it gives while mounted do NOT WORK ON GMOD.

Also, some maps DO NOT need anything for the textures. Most need an addon or CS:S.

Yes, you need to buy it. After installing, make sure you play for a little then go to Gmod. Finally, click on the controller button and check the box near the game you have.

When u install cs on ur pc it will be ther, all you need 2 do is open Garry's Mod, on homepage in the right down corner it will be a "controller" icon, click on it, when you find cs in the tab just click on the box if it's not already a "check" sign in it, restart Garry's Mod and have fun :))).
