How to let cracked gmod players play on my server?

I want to make a DarkRP server, but I want to get as many players in my server as possible so it can be more popular. I know there is a small portion of people who can't afford gmod but do have a cracked version (with emulators to bypass steam authentication and stuff like that) and I want them to be able to play alongside with people who own a legit copy. I am willing to take the risk of trolls spamming accounts. Any help would be appreciated!
(I am not encouraging piracy, I recommend any pirates buy the game)
