You can find crash dumps in your game folder. (Usually SteamApps/common/GarrysMod/)
There should be a txt and dmp, send them over and Ill take a look.
Might also be worth just running the FactoryReset-GMod .bat file which is also in SteamApps/common/GarrysMod
Also add -condebug to your launch options and do con_timestamp 1 in the console before you crash if possible, it will generate a console.log file in your game folder too.
Verify Integrity of your local game files.
Right click Garry's Mod in your Library >> Properties >> Installed Files >> Verify Integrity.
Sounds like something corrupted and this should repair the file(s).
If that does not work then do the following: Check your mods to make sure you don't have anything that would cause such an issue.
Also, might be worth running "menu_cleanupgmas" in console without the quotes to purge remnants of server downloaded addons or whatever else. Remnants like that can introduce problems.
If you do not have a single mod that's being unstable/glitchy then try to Factory Reset Garry's Mod by going to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod" and double clicking the file named "FactoryReset-GMod.bat".
If you have went through all the steps above and the game is still acting up, try to fresh reinstall Garry's Mod. Uninstall Garry's mod via the steam library, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common" and delete the "GarrysMod" folder. (Steam usually does not remove game files from this folder after said game(s) was uninstalled). and then reinstall Garry's Mod, wait for all your mods to download from the workshop after launching, test a map to see if the issue is somehow still present.
