cant jump

when i wanted to play today i noticed i cant jump. well... i can but i need to press space 2-10 times. it seems like im falling a little bit in the ground and by pressing space i get unstuck and can jump but i fall in the ground again each time i start walking

redownloading the game seems to fix it but it does it again when i leave and enter the game

Verify Integrity of your local game files.

Right click Garry's Mod in your Library >> Properties >> Local Files >> Verify Integrity.
Sounds like something corrupted and this should repair the file(s).

If that does not work then do the following: Check your mods to make sure you don't have anything that would cause such an issue.

If you do not have a single mod that's being unstable/glitchy then try to Factory Reset Garry's Mod by going to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod" and double clicking the file named "FactoryReset-GMod.bat".

If you have went through all the steps above and the game is still acting up, try to fresh reinstall Garry's Mod. Uninstall Garry's mod via the steam library, go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common" and delete the "GarrysMod" folder. (Steam usually does not remove game files from this folder after said game(s) was uninstalled). and then reinstall Garry's Mod, wait for all your mods to download from the workshop after launching, test a map to see if the issue is somehow Still present.

i have no idea how but the bug is still thre, i deleted almost all my addons, did a fresh installa and the rest of possible solutions you listed but it still somehow does that.

idk if it will help but it started after it kicked me out of the game to the menu saying "Disconnect: Client 0 overflowed reliable channel" and after deleting some of my addons
