Jake Pillpack?

I was playing on a normal singleplayer server and was going to have fun with pillpacks, when I opened the menu there was a whole new small tab called " Jake ", it had the normal pillpacks and had a new one called " Jake ". When I opened it, it had 4 boxes, J, A, K, and E. Those were only the pictures, the names were like " Jake Is Amazing ". I didn't click on them to see what they did. Can someone tell me what this is?

before april fools i checked on my pill packs and it had a pill pack with a glitched name. so i looked at the icon next to it and it showed a green bug with a red exclamation point next to it. i clicked on it and said. the following pill pack requires egnrurh43 (or random jibberish)which dosent seem to exist. but you can pretend its there for it to work. did anyone get that? and then later on the name flashed 4 letters once at a time: j a ke J_A_K_E but i trust its an early april fools thing. i thought it was a virus lol

Was checking the comments for this! Good to know its a harmless APril Fools Joke, was about to delete the Pill Pack addon XD
