Anyway to freeze NPCs?

I want to make a level for me to play in single player & I want the NPCs to stay in place so I can reload the save and play it as a game.

You could try making them persistent, but not sure if that will do what you're wanting.

Try downloading the Ao Oni mod it will give you the freeze gun

Hold c, open up npc menu and disable thinking, it will leave them stay in one place without moving until you enable thinking again
