NPC guns shooting double shots?

Ok, so I have an odd issue. Most of the guns I give to NPCs are shooting two rounds per one shot. I do not know if there is a fix for this somewhere, but I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and nothing's working. From what I do know is that its the NPC gun packs that need fixed. That's my best guess as there are a couple packs that don't have this problem (not yet, anyway). The packs that have this issue for me is:

-Pyrous' NPC Weapon Pack-
-M9K NPC Weapon Packs-
-CS:GO NPC Weapon Pack-
-Black Mesa NPC SWEPS-

Yeah, I know that's a lot. I'm a real gun monkey.. (But there's nothing wrong with that, right?)
So, that's the NPC gun packs that shoot double rounds. I don't know what the deal is, but I don't think I'm really the only one that has (had?) this problem. But hopefully there's someone out there who knows what's wrong and can help.
