Car handling with high latency

Does anyone know how to fix this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ car handling on some methrp servers, i press to go left in my car and 4-5 seconds later it turns left and it is so hard to drive. can someone throw a fix out there or suggest something?

High ping also affects moving props, rotating props, etc. there is a really bad delay

If it's your server:
It's likely an internet issue. Try upgrading your internet.
If it's not yours:

Handling part: It's just the addon, some car addons are bad and some aren't.

Ping: This is either because the servers are bad, or your internet is bad. Ask if anyone else is lagging if you are, or if your lagging, look for you name and look for "ping" part of it, and check the other people and see if they have nearly the same amount of ping. If yours is higher than others (by a lot) , try to cut down on internet (such as downloading, steaming videos to your pc, etc), or just get better internet

No everyone elses handling is 10x better than mine and they have low ping, my ping is like 260 to the sever so thats probably what it is, i just wish there was a way to fix this

Get better internet, or try getting on a diffent server and see if the server's just ♥♥♥♥ for you.
If so: try to cut down on things that use internet, or just upgrade your internet in general.

Vehicles and other entities will cause severe lag if there are a lot on a map. If your server is locally hosted with bad computer specs and/or internet speeds, then this will make it even worse. You can just try upgrading your system and/or internet if possible.

However, if your server is rented and you are still having these issues, you should get in contact with your host and see if there is anything that they can do on their end. You should try to cut down on the amount of props/entities/vehicles/whatever to limit this lag.

i got 500/500 internet with 20 ms second ping to my closest servers in my town and it works fine if gmod servers were hosted on ♥♥♥♥ windows xp computers with i3s i wouldnt get 260 ping pog and this shait lag

it isn't just a case of your internet or the server's or the server itself
if you are far away from the server eg nz -> texas then you will get high ping and therefore handling will be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ but it is usually better when a server has vcmod or svmod as they give the tires traction stopping you from over steering from badly made cars
