Getting the textures free is considered as piracy and may break your game, it can also get you a virus if you go to the wrong link.
I wouldn't risk it, get CS:S in a Steam sale, it's called Garry's Mod after all.

No. But if the mods ever come on,they could ban you from steam community if they read the discussions. the guidelines state a rule lol.

Seeing as SteamCMD (a terminal version of steam) can download cs:s textures without having purchasing the game I assume it is not piracy for use with garry's mod seeing as server owners can do it with ease.

The only 100% legal way to do this would be buying the game. Any other ways are frowned upon and some are illegal.

Just buy the game itself. If you actually play it, you might find it fun, and you'll probably end up playing it for a while, as its basically a less cancer version of CSGO.
