How do I set up a Private TTT server for my self?

I play TTT a lot on Gmod. I was wondering if there was a way to make a single player TTT server, for me to just roam around in. Now I have found a way to get out of spectator mode, since theres not enough players on the server. But I can't figure out how to start the round, it just says in the top right corner, that there is not enough players on, and the reason why I want to start is to see what the Traitor can do without accually trying on a server, or find any secrets on the map without dying. So if you know a way to help, please put a comment for me.

Go to the main menu, bottom right, click on sandbox or whatever it says in the very bottom right, and a list should pop up. Select TTT and start a single player game.

Yes I know how to do that but how what command do I use to start the round?
