Stuck on frozen loading screen but can hear in game sounds

Hey everyone, I've been having this issue for about a week now. Basically when I try to join two or three servers that I play on everything looks like it loads up fine until I get to either the end of the addons or to sending client info. From there I can hear myself walking around and people talking but I can only see the "sending client info" and I can't do anything else but stare at the loading screen for the server I'm joining. I don't touch my Gmod at all when it loads up I don't Alt+Tab or any of that I just let it be and this continues to keep happening.

I've re-verified my game cache I don't know how many times, I've uninstalled everything and reinstalled everything probably 3-5 times now. I've deleted all of my add ons completely and re-installed them.

My friends and I have been trying to figure this out for the longest time and we have no idea. If you guys know anything or can help me out that would be very much appreciated!

It is mod conflict, too much mod conflict may cause your computer have a huge crash, maybe even broke your system like I do.
I don't really care about this thingy just restart gmod once and it'll be okay

this happens to me in singleplayer and multiplayer. If I set it to -dxlevel 70, it fixes the problem but I can't see a lot of mods. if I set it to -dxlevel 90 sometimes it freezes on when I load in sometimes it freezes when I attempt to spawn something or choose a playermodel. Does anybody else experience this?

i have the same problem i try smaller servers like ttt or murder but it says starting lua then it is stuck on the loading screen alt tab does not work for me but i have played on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ pc and it works but on this pc its not working i have 8g ram and a ♥♥♥♥ ton of storage but its not working

My PC has the same exact specs. 8 GB RAM and 1 TB storage. Has a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics card tho.
