SteamCMD Error While Installing Server

When I try to install a server for garry's mod i get this error in the SteamCMD

Steam>login spacemangames66

Logging in user 'spacemangamesw66' to Steam Public...
Using cached credentials. . .
Waiting for license info...OK

Steam> force_install_dir *****************

Steam> app_update 4020 validate
ERROR! Failed to install app '4020' (No subscription)

I have already made 2 other gmod servers and they installed perfectly without any issues and were not running at the time of this installation. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Doesn't make sense, because I just tested it myself and it's working fine.

Redirecting stderr to 'F:\Programs\SteamCMD\logs\stderr.txt'
Looks like steam didn't shutdown cleanly, scheduling immediate update check

Make sure you have access to where you are trying to install your server. Try running SteamCMD as administrator (right click and select run as administrator) or try installing some where differnt that you are sure you have access to, like your desktop. I cant remember the problem i had but i hope this helps :)

This should fix it, same rule applies with Linux SteamCMD too
