How do you make a GMod server autosave every 5 minutes?

Please could I have information on how to make a GMod server autosave every 5 minutes?

Currently, on every server reboot, my server stuff is wiped(entities, vehicles, etc,).

What sort of server is it? Note that if it's a Dark RP server (as an example) the server requires a MySQL Database to save everything in. This can be bought seperate or retrieved if you purchase a server host.

But how does one get a Gmod Sandbox Server to autosave?

I don't think you understood what i said, if you want props, spawns, items etc to stay on restart of the server or just stay there forever ( or for a while ) you need a MySQL database that can save them on the server.

you press f6 to make a save. if u have concle dev. active then press ~ key to open it then type load (what ever the save name is) then enter key. you have to do this manually every few minutes (f6) to save no auto. and idk if this works on servers

Lmao, +Sicky thanks a bunch! Didnt even know the fact with F6 and loading. As recently me and my friends have screwed around in sandbox but server usually crash and im really bad at remembering to go into Q and save there. But im used to saving often in games with a fast key like Fallout. Thanks a bunch yet again!
