how to browse sounds?

hey guys ive only had gmod for a little while and i was wondering is there a way to browse sounds? I remember doing it before with all my addons and stuff but ive completely forgotten how do it

If someone could me i would be very grateful

if you have wiremod, type wire_soundbrowser_open (I think) in console. If not get extended spawnmenu and look for sounds in the spawnmenu, under the spawn lists and the material lists.

hi and thx very much for reply but do you mean in spawnlist click browse cuz i only have addons and games in there btw im such a noobie noob at gmod AND steam. (and basically everything :P)

It's under Browse Games / Browse Addons, for when your looking through workshop models.

I never noticed the sound folder until I added the extended spawn menu addon, maybe it isn't in vanilla gmod?
