How do i reset my binds on Gmod?

I binded the key "alt" to say something, but now for example i cant use alt + e anymore because i undbinded the keys. I cant use my alt key anymore after unbinding it.

For example if i binded "F2" to something and i unbinded it again, i cant buy doors in gmod DarkRP.

I would appreciate all help, because i really hate that i cant do everything that you can.
