New player: wanna create a nextbot chase game. Some questions

Hey I Finally downloaded gmod when I saw those obunga chase videos and want to create one myself. I dont mean make an indie game or nothing just something for myself to enjoy. I've been trying to navigate this thing and I'm running into problems. Can someone give me some general advice.

1. I'm looking for maps, nextbots and player models I was able to find some to download in the game itself but the selection is lackluster. they only have "trending" and theres no "search" option. at least not one I can find. So is there a forum where I can get maps/nextbots/player models/npcs/monsters etc? Or is there a way to "search" for these things I dont know yet?

2. Can you adjust the speed of your player? In the chase videos the palers are moving real fast. I found so far one thing ruining my enjoyment is that the nextbots I started using are always outrunning me. For that matter, how do you uneguip weapons?

3. is there a way to control the behavoiur of the nextbots. so fart the nextbots I was able to use are a bit unpredictible.

I dont think I'm asking for much. Any help would be appreciated.
