GMod Toolgun Missing Options

Whenever I'm playing on a Singleplayer GMod server sometimes my toolgun is missing options for tools (like I can't make a fading door or a keypad). I don't know how to get it back. Can someone help?

Forgot to mention but this also happens in multiplayer servers aswell. I play on a sandbox server a lot but whenever I'm making some kind of little house or something and I want a keypad door it just doesn't pop up, I just want to see all of the tool gun options instead of searching up what to do for the past 3 days.

fading doors and keypads are an addon you have to install from the workshop.

I found the Fading Door's addon but I can't find the keypad one.
