How to make a ragdoll dance?

I'm trying to make a ragdoll dances just like this:

So far I've tried using the Fortnite Dance reupload addon, some bones are missing putting it in a T-pose when I tried making it dance;
Tried using thruster, it looks bad,
Tried replacing an NPC model with it and using it as an Player Model, same problem as the first one.

Ran out of options now, anyone has a solution?

Few tools out there, and myself am looking for some.
I know of a player animation, but i dont know any yet that animates ragdolls that you don't have to create.
