Blood splatter on walls Glitch

Whenever I shoot an NPC against a wall all other blood decals work perfect, floor, on body, and so on, the only one that seems to glitch out is the blood thats supposed to appear on the wall behind the NPC, instead of blood I get these white boxes with a diagonal white line through them. Anyone else have this problem, and how do I fix this?
