If you can't get the stuff that is needed, this addon can hide the errors:

But if you can't get the needed contents, the missing textures are harder to fix but sometimes typing mat_specular 0 into console will remove some of them. That will also remove shininess on objects, though.
BTW im new to G-Mod and i have no clue what im doing
If they don't tell you then ehhhh well, it might be something commonly known you need for a lot of gmod maps: like HL2, Episodes 1 and 2, Counter Strike Source, and Team Fortress 2. But show me the map and maybe I can tell. (You would need to have those games installed, and mounted in gmod, for their content to work in gmod. You can check if they are mounted in the bottom right corner of Gmod on the start screen.)
