How to check if CSS Game Content is properly installed and working?

So I installed CSS content through SteamCMD (legal) and now I want to verify that all the installed content is showing in my game. The checkbox Counter Strike: Source that can be found in the in-game menu is unchecked. I also still see lots of Errors and pink/black squares... I'm pretty sure CSS game content doesn't fix all Errors but is this game content installed at all?

Appreciate your help!
