And I am tired of it, it has been going on for over a year now, I didn't really mind it until today when I had to reinstall it to play with friends. I have tried soooo many things :

Reinstalling the game (on different drives too)
Clearing the download cache
Opting-out of the Steam Beta
Giving full perms to the Steam folder + GMod folder
Un-subscribing to ALL ADDONS (Was painful)
Subscribing to addons through the game workshop thingy (ACTUALLY WORKS [Sometimes])

So... the in-game workshop thing seems to work. But it is so much more time-consuming, especially when I need to download ENTIRE collections. And mind you, this is the ONLY thing concerned. GMod downloads/installs itself fine. Just the addons that freak out. And yes, it's ALL addons
