Blood decals split, gun shot decals become missing when shotted to some props

This started happening some months ago to me, but I was lazy to search help.

Context: when I shot any player or NPC, the blood sometimes split and sometimes doesn`t.
But the opposite happens when the blood hits any prop
And when I shot any prop, the shot decal becomes missing but when I shot any
wall or floor, the opposite.
(sorry if I wasn't specific, I am terrible at explaining in English)

Hmm seems like an addon is screwing up something, please disable all of them and try again.
If the problem persists, verify the game files of both Gmod and every game mounted, if the problem goes away then try to pinpoint the addon that's the problem

I disabled all my addons and uninstalled those that appear in the lua errors section, then, verified game files. Same issue stills happening.

The issue also makes any mod related to blood wont work, such as the HD blood mod... etc.

Please use the command menu_cleanupgmas in your console this time, afterwards restart Gmod and try again

I have gmod with a Chromuin beta, does this have anything related to the issue?

That way works, but is there any to make the blood decals work properly without adding both commands?

Well, then addons are the problem.
There is a simple way, it is to pinpoint the addon causing the problem in the first place, perhaps there's conflictions and you must get rid of them, basically two addons are screwing with each other.
Try disabling texture overhaul addons or blood replacers.

I already tried disabling those type of mods... that doesn't fix the issue without both commands that you mentionated before disabled. Can you find another method?

Sure, please us the command menu_cleanupgmas in your console, aferwards close the game and verify the integrity of the game files of both Gmod and every game mounted, then finally run the game with the launch parameters -noaddons -noworkshop

i deleted 3 files that were overwriting the blood decal file

Well that's the regular HL2 blood, what do you mean?
