If the problem persists, verify the game files of both Gmod and every game mounted, if the problem goes away then try to pinpoint the addon that's the problem
Please verify the integrity of the game files of both Gmod and every game mounted, afterwards run the game with the launch parameters -noaddons -noworkshop
There is a simple way, it is to pinpoint the addon causing the problem in the first place, perhaps there's conflictions and you must get rid of them, basically two addons are screwing with each other.
Try disabling texture overhaul addons or blood replacers.
See if it persists
So how do I guess which addons are causing the problem?
