Screenshot location

Trying to find screenshots ive taken in game via the gmod camera tool NOT the steam key

not in either of these locations

> Steam\userdata\760\remote\4000\screenshots
> Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\screenshots

Deffinatly took shots but cant find them.

I looked in both they 'should' be there but... the \remote\4000\screenshots holds all the STEAM taken screenshots it seems... cant find any of my shots taken in game there. Or in the game directory folder.

In your steamlibrary you have garrysmod and then (works for normal steam skin) on the bottom of yor game you have screenshots, click a screenshot and press show on LocalDisk or sth like this and then you should be able to see where ts saved.

That is where its saving to my disk. Thats why its included in the post.

Found some .TGA files in my screenshots folder (odd file saving format but) was not any of the screenshots im looking for in particular but its from the same session.

everytime when I screenshot with the camera tool and F12 to screenshot the picture, it won't show a single screenshot for me. please fix it!

Try this out, when you open steam and see garrys mod on the left, right click and click properties, then local files, then browse. once you're here in the library click garrys mod and then click on screenshots. they should appear here, and you should see all screenshots taken in game... hope this helps!

you did mention with the 2 places you looked so this might be a repeat, but on the chance you looked there by a different route maybe this will work
