Error en la workshop

Hola, buenos dias. Estoy teniendo un problema hace aproximadamente 5 dias con la workshop. El problema consiste en que la workshop no me descarga una coleccion entera pero en cuanto descarga un addon manda un error como los siguientes:

Error! Refusing to load addon - Addon too new to use old API!
Tried to add duplicate file from
Not loading addon - file doesn't exist - Removing bad addon

Esos 3 errores pero con 300 addons diferentes, solo 1 acepto como corresponde. Formatie la PC de 0 (elimine todo y la deje de fabrica a los 3 discos que poseo), borre el cache de descarga, me desubscribi a toda la coleccion y borre todo el gmod de todas las ubicaciones que encontre, reinstale steam, desactive el antivirus y me fije las excepcciones del firewall entre muchas cosas y no logre encontrar ninguna solucion. Alguien quiza que sepa del tema me podria ayudar?

Those 3 errors but with 300 different addons, only 1 accept accordingly. Format the PC from 0 (delete everything and leave the factory to the 3 disks I have), delete the download cache, unsubscribe from the entire collection and delete all the gmod from all the locations I found, reinstall steam, deactivate the antivirus and I fixed the exceptions of the firewall among many things and could not find any solution. Maybe someone who knows about the subject could help me?
