ERROR! Window

hello, lately I had a problem, every time I enter gmod, I usually get several errors, but the worst is when I enter the game, I get a window that says ERROR! and it asks me to enter my gmail, which I do not intend to do, but it does not go away, I have deactivated all my addons and it stopped appearing, something makes me think that it is an addon, if someone can tell me what that problem is please give me the solution, I am afraid that it is some kind of virus that brought an addon, I hope you can help me, thank you very much if so

Do the following in this order:
- Use the command menu_cleanupgmas in your console
- Close the game
- Go to the directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\downloads\server
- Delete the contents of this folder
- Go to the addons folder in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\addons
- Delete the contents of this folder
- Unsubscribe from all your addons
- Verify the game files of both GMod and every game mounted
- Run the game
See if it persists
Also it is not a virus, just an addon that you downloaded from a server
