Sandbox does not exist

so, i was playing garrys mod but then it said sandbox does not exist when i enter the game. i was trying to do something but accidently deleted the sandbox gamemode and now its gone, does anyone have any solutions? or am i basically done for.

Simple solution: delete 'n reinstall
Reason: If you go to the game files > garrysmod > maps. If there's no gm_construct, gm_construct.nav, gm_flatgrass, and gm_flatgrass.nav then that is the reason sandbox doesn't exist.
Another simple solution: Install maps from the workshop
Reason: if the maps DO exist then that means they are either corrupted or have missing codes to work properly. Install other maps (maybe even a clone of gm_construct and flatgrass) to force the system to load the map you installed and possibly load gm_construct and flat grass.

if nothing work I suggest contacting support. If they didn't fix it, then go to multiple forums discussing your problem or create a thread of your own. Reddit is good for that.

Btw I am just an underweight 13 year old Arab, I am no expert. so if someone tells you to edit the game files with no instructions and don't know what you are doing, I suggest not doing it.
