Gmod commands NOT WORKING

for example i type god/god 1 and i die i am not immortal or i type notarget/notarget 1 and im still being sho at WTF!!! PLZ HELP i am on a windows 8 laptop (just incase that helps)

first of all, some of the commands requires you to enable a command that enable the use of some commands.... In less words use this command: sv_cheats 1

Also god mode don´t work at all.... use budha instead
