removing jump boost

When ever you jump in garrysmod sandbox you gain forward momentum which can be spammed with m9k shotguns because you pump while in the sprint jump. I'm wondering how to remove this as it makes shotguns much more powerful then I think they should.

M9K is trash, but I'm pretty sure there's a config somewhere to change recoil. Or just try this out,
