Map load failed
Hello, I've recently started development of a SWRP server. So far everything was going well. I came across this issue when I changed the map from the default map (flatgrass) to a downloaded map. here is the issue I came across found in the web console:

CModelLoader::Map_IsValid: No such map 'maps/rp_venator_tbh_948336946.bsp'
map load failed: rp_venator_tbh_948336946 not found or invalid

I'm not quite sure how to solve this issue. I'm going to try using a different map, however I am not sure if it will work. Support on this issue would be much appreciated.

move your bsp file into the /maps - folder and make sure its named like it tells ya rp_venator_tbh_948336946
And if people are getting the same error "No such map" make sure you got it on fastdl :)

Or change your command line manager to the correct name

Hey. I saw you resolved your issue and was wondering how did you do it since I'm getting the same error.

I wish I could help you out my friend, but if I'm being honest I completely forget how I was able to resolve the issue. I forget I even made that server TBH b/c it was quite a bit ago. I should have posted what my solution was in my reply so that's on me. Maybe try doing what the other comment poster suggested if you haven't already.

To me that sounds like you may have the wrong .bsp file.

This solution comes from yoloman707 on Facepunch[forum.facepunch.com]
Original Thread[forum.facepunch.com]

I think the best way to tackle this would be to do the following:

1. Download GMAD (www.moddb.com/mods/garrys-mod/downloads/gmad-easy-addon-extractor )

2. Make sure you have subscribed to the rp_stardestroyer_v1 addon in the workshop

3. Go to your computers Gmod addons folder (C:\x86\steam\steamapps\common\garrysmod\garrysmod\addons)

4. Search for the map .gma file in your addons (most likely search for stardestroyer)

5. Copy and paste that file into the same location that your GMAD extractor application is

6. Open GMAD extractor, click on "convert a single file" and then select the correct .gma file

7. Upload this addon to your server, the addons directory and also the map files (such as .bsp) going into the garrysmod/maps directory

When you have done this make sure that your custom command line is pointing to the correct map in the folder and then finally... make sure the correct command line is selected
