steam_api.dll is missing

when i launch cracked gmod after the updates , it's say's that the steam_api.dll is missing , i checked the file , but it was there , how i can fix it?

i have both on steam , and non-steam , but none of those wouldn't work.

Why even, just verify game cache on the legit one and remove the cracked one.

why the ♥♥♥♥ do you own cracked gmod and also legit gmod?

if you're using your own steam api dll's on the cracked game then you're just using your own account to play on servers anyways
