Not admin in Single Player?

So I was playing Garry's mod, minding my own business, installing and testing addons as usual. Next thing I know, I try to spawn a nuke from NukePack4 (an admin privalege required weapon) and I'm not SuperAdmin. So I went through my list of installed addons shortly before I noticed this happening and the only addon that may have caused this would've been the Extended Spawnlist. (because it involved me messing with the settings file) I'm not sure what or why this happens but I'm reinstalling everything as I type. Does anyone know why admin privaleges suddenly get changed for no reason? Are there any addons or file types that are notorious for causing admin errors? Any help is appreciated.

its from certain addons that set a ULX thing in game for you so find it and unsub from it

Download and install "ULX" admin mod.
type into console: ulx adduser yourname superadmin

Download and install "ULX" admin mod.
type into console: ulx adduser yourname superadmin
