NPC With Custom sounds?

i've noticed that some official gmod npcs have their "Line" like Father Gregory, Alyx, Civillians, etc. i was wondering though, is there ANY chance that you can add a custom sound from a file or website into the targetted npc? If so, can you tell me how or give me a link to a tutorial? Its really intresting if you can just add like a "Pikachu!" line on a 'Pikachu Npc'.
