Chromebook/Linux problems.

SO, I play Gmod on Linux on my Acer Spin 11. Inverted colors are NOT on, except whenever I go into Garry's Mod, everything is inverted. The sky is orange, I am blue, everything is confusing. It's been this way since I downloaded it, and I installed and uninstalled it twice, but it was never fixed. Yes, I checked the options, but there wasn't anything weird on. And, even before I got all my adons, it was this way. Does anybody have an idea to fix it?
