Leave Task Manager opened when you play GMod and when the game crashes because of this error, look at your memory usage graphs. If it was >95% then it dips once the game closes, then you need more ram.
If that doesn't work, try the solutions listed below.
========OLD========
Try adding this to your startup parameters and tell me if this persists.
-dxlevel 95
Disable your addons and see if this problem persists.
Edit: See how much RAM Garry's Mod itself is using right before the crash. If you have a second monitor, keep Task Manager opened with the process of hl2.exe opened so you can see the memory consumption.
Edit 2: Also include -heapsize 4000000 in the startup
Edit 3: It's more than likely a memory leak that happens with some faulty addons, try disabling/removing all of them and add back what you need. A single faulty addon can cause this.
Many edits later: Also try turning down your graphical options, that's been known to solve it for people.
Garry'sMod is a 32-bit program, so you only get a few GB of max ram you can use, keep this in mind.
