Keep getting "not enough memory" Lua Panic

If it has anything to do with this I'm using Linux Mint 19, because Windows 8.1 loves to BSOD all the time now.

Well ever since I've built my computer, I've always got BSOD's with System_Service_Execption or Driver_Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal, on Windows 7 and 8.1

Also when loading it crashes at 2.9GB ram usage.

try deleting the gmod folder and reinstalling
