GMOD No audio
I can't hear ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and I've checked the volume mixer, uninstalled the game and reinstalled, unplugged my headphones and put them back in but I can't hear anything in-game. Sound works for other games and programs though.

Hi. This might have to do with a constant which is not in the things you've done, that is, the best way to understand what might be happening is via seeing what you have *not* done.

Something that could be happening is an incompatibility with the Garry's Mod game structure and the audio driver.

However, i need to know when this started happening.

A question i have is, have you changed anything in your audio parameters and drivers (or even purchased a new headphones, or something) in the past week?

I installed Clownfish Voice changer but even when I've uninstalled it it hadn't fixed. It started happening last night (Around 24 hours ago.)

Thanks for the response and help!

It's my pleasure.

I think what happened was that the voice changer could of changed some driver parameters, and after uninstalling, didn't revert them. Most software doesn't revert driver changes, which is quite a problem, hah

I recommend looking for drivers of your audio hardware and downloading them, or, if you can't find the drivers (happens with obscure hardware), i recommend doing a System Restoration to go back before all this happened. If you don't know how to do this, look it up

There was an error when I tried system restoration and there's no other way to do it. Any other idea how to fix this?

Nevermind, I fixed it! Apparently my Volume Mixer is munted and doesn't want to show me when things are muted and not muted. Thank you for taking your free time to help me!!
