Noclip on maps that have it disabled

I'm playing on a map that won't let me activate noclip even in console commands, is there a way around this maybe a add-on or overriding command, I'm trying to make a pose picture in a setting of undying series and i really need noclip to get angels and faster mobility as the part I am trying to get to is over alot of puzzle areas

If you hosting the server; check the server settings under utilities and see if "allow noclip" is checked.
If that doesn't work then it's probably the map itself that uses map editor script that prevents you from nocliping out of bound.

Are you tried to use ULX Admin Menu?
Some maps uses "forced" scripts that even gmod console cannot change
I have the same problem at one horror map, i installed ULX
And in ULX i "forced" the game to change the map to this horror map with gamemode "SandBox"
Aaaaanddd..... It's worked!
It's unlocked some sandbox features at the map
