Garry's Mod Demo Issues

Back in mid January (Jan 4th 2018) me and my friends recorded some demos. They were working fine up until recently. Now whenever I try to watch the demo it says

Now I am aware of the whole "the update may have broke it" thing however I just need any help to try and find some way to play these demos. I'd rather not scrap whatever I was working on. Any help would be appreciated

I've been dealing with this exact same problem for a couple years with hundreds of old demos I made years ago. Garry's mod keeps being updated and they keep changing the engine. I have seen ways to revert back to older versions of Gmod, but I don't exactly trust them. It could however potentially be a solution to this ridiculous problem though. Anyways, if you actually find a way to watch them, make sure you record them so you wont lose them to something stupid like this.
