Weapon models not showing?

I have just re-installed Garry's Mod and went around in a sandbox map when I found out all of the weapon models in first person do not show or are glitched, why could this be happening and how do I fix it?

Could either be you not mounting correctly through the little controller on the bottom right of the start menu and ticking things to mount said game or re-installing GMOD was not done clearly and a file is either corrupted/missing, which can be fixed by verifying game cache.

Nevermind, it was just an HD weapons addon that was glitching out. Thanks for the help anyway! :D
