Spawnmenu UI has missing textures, some addons are missing/broken

So a few days ago, Steam thought Gmod was uninstalled. Went to check steamapps folder, everything was still there untouched, clicked on the install button and after a couple minutes could now boot up the game.

Problem is, the spawnmenu's ui seems to be broken (this is what it looks like)[imgur.com], the ui has the pink and black missing texture bug, thought it might be Dark UI, disabled it, spawnmenu ui still having missing textures.
Strangely, after enabling Dark UI again the spawnmenu is back to normal.
After starting the game up another time, the spawnmenu ui broke again.

Some of my addons are also broken or missing, some of the M9K weapons I'm subscribed to are suddenly missing, and FA:S 2.0's infantry medkit, knife and M67 grenade are either invisible or have that big red error model.

Steam then said that there were updates for many of my addons, finished downloading those, everything is still messed up.

I've tried verifying game cache, nothing seems to have been changed.
Used menu_cleanupgmas, also nothing happened.

You can try verifying the integrity of gmod's files but probably that won't completely fix this. Right click garry's mod, properties, local files tab, hit the button.

spawnmenu_reload might fix the spawnmenu.

If this happened to me I would back up my demos, saves, dupes, screenshots, etc, stick all my addons into collections then unsub from all, uninstall gmod, go manually delete the Garry"s Mod folder, then reinstall. You might also backup any settings and custom colors etc. If you don't know where some custom setting is stored, try to take a screenshot of its settings in the c menu so you can type them back in manually. The Demos, Dupes, Saves, and Screenshots folders can be put back into the new install, but any folders with settings, add them back only after testing if gmod works okay with your addons resubscribed to, first.

However, I don't know why this thing is happening to some people, where gmod seems to uninstall itself, so I don't know it won't break again.

If it happens again, contact steam support, because this sounds like it may be a steam client/download/workshop type issue and not gmod itself.

I'd save the reinstall everything option as my last resort, internet connection here is expensive and slow as hell, and downloading all the addons back at once would take so much time that a black hole would evaporate faster.

I think it might be because my sibling also plays Gmod, and we use Steam's family sharing feature, and we play on the same installation, and have addons that we're both subscribed to, but we've been using that for a long time now and nothing wrong had happened only until now.

It's probably an addon breaking the spawnmenu, maybe one that adds a new tab or something, because I tried to run the game without any addons, the spawnmenu fixed itself.
Looks like I'm going to sift through my long list of addons for the culprit.

Instead of pictures, I have black pictures. And when I want to click on the medic model, he has a black face * not racist * as if it has some kind of wrong texture. And so I have it everywhere. But it happens after a while, so far I have everything normal, but then everything turns black. Please help, I said it well with details and the problem itself, is this something with the graphics card? I can give photos immediately, but in a separate text. This is in menu when you want spawn something :P
