Disable cheats for other players

Hi

I'm playing gmod with friends using peer to peer is there i way i can disable cheats for only my friends (btw i host the game) because one of my friends keeps turning on godmode
Is there a mod or command that will make me the only one that can use cheats
So my friend can't abuse the commands

maybe not with console, but I know an addon that might do something similar.

all you need to do is learn how to use this addon, it can be used to make the host's choice of players into "admins" so they can access the ACP menu.
